John Lucarell grew up in Meadville, Pennsylvania, and enjoyed the small-town atmosphere and his friends he made along the way. Luke moved to Florida soon after high school and has been the harbormaster at Monroe Harbour Marina in Sanford since 1971. Cruise alongside Capt. Lucarell and enjoy his journeys as he takes you from the St. Johns River to the many ports along the way to South America.
